	Want to start your Business… Have you ever Dream to be a business men, CEO, Manager….. KEY CDC is proud to provide you "The Company Program", for university undergraduates students (age 16 - 22) The Company track for Ain Shams University is a result of cooperation between INJAZ AL- ARAB and KEY CDC. ... What is the Company track? Group of students are going to establish a company and conduct a full business process. First, they have to determine whether their company is going to introduce either a product or service. Then, the students are going to collect shares for their company's capital. Afterwards, they are going to market their product or service and sell it. Finally a local competition will be held among the companies; which Leading CEOs in Egypt will be the judges. Finally, the winner team will participate in a regional competition against other winning teams in the Arab World. Company Program takes students and their companies through four main stages: 1. Organizing the company. 2. Developing a business plan. 3. Managing the company. 4. Liquidating the company. Company Program will allow students to: • Learn the basics of setting up a business, including constructing and carrying out a business plan. • Learn the fundamentals of marketing, including establishing production and sales goals. • Improve their presentation skills and increase their confidence. • Evaluate the impact of technology, management and government regulations on productivity. • Learn how to deal with shareholders. • Develop leadership and team working skills. • Make connections between what they learn at College and the real world. • Gain a basic understanding and appreciation of Egypt’s free enterprise system How can I apply? You'll need to pass a Problem Solving Test (PST), to participate in the program.
